Privacy notice

We hold what you tell us when you join, what you log while you are on the programme, and what the team writes down about helping you. We do not sell it, we do not advertise with it, and the only people who read it are the team running your place on the programme.

This service is operated by Content Accelerator Group, trading as Content Accelerator Group.

For anything about your data — a copy of it, a correction, or a deletion — message the team on Discord.

Replies to our automated emails are not monitored — use the route above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

When you sign up: your name, email address, TikTok Shop handle, Discord username, when you started on TikTok Shop, your audience and niches, your current and target commission figures, and your written answers about your content and why you joined. You also confirm you are 18 or over.

While you are on the programme: the commission figures you log, which lessons and roadmap steps you complete, the days you open the app, and — once you have opted in — the device token that lets us send you a notification.

From Discord: if you are in our server, we read your posts in your own 1-1 channel and in the video-review forum so the team can see what you have asked and what has been answered. We do not read your direct messages or any other channel.

From the team: notes and summaries from your calls, and a record of when someone contacted you.

Almost all of it is here to deliver the programme you have paid for — that is a contract, and it is our lawful basis for the account, the roadmap, the tracker and the calls. Spotting when someone has gone quiet and reaching out is our legitimate interest in the programme working. Notifications are on consent, and you can withdraw that at any time in Settings without losing anything else.

Only the team, and the services we run on. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anyone’s models. Our processors are:

• Supabase — the database, file storage and sign-in behind this app.
• Resend — sends the emails the app sends you.
• Discord — the community and support server. Their terms and privacy policy govern what happens there.
• Anthropic — writes your weekly scripts. It receives your audience, your niche and the product being written about. It does not receive your name, your email or your figures.
• TikTok — videos shown inside the app are embedded from TikTok, so opening one is a request to them and their cookies apply.
• Vidalytics — hosts some course videos.

We set one thing of our own: the cookie that keeps you signed in. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking across other sites. If you play an embedded TikTok video, TikTok may set its own cookies at that point — which is why nothing loads until you tap play.

For as long as you are on the programme, and for a period afterwards so we can answer questions about your time with us and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data except anything we are required to keep.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we are using it, or ask for it in a portable form. Use the contact route above and we will respond within one month.
