These terms cover your use of this dashboard. What you bought, what it costs and what the programme itself commits to are set out in the agreement you signed when you joined — if anything here appears to contradict that agreement, that agreement wins.

Nothing in this app is a promise of earnings. The figures shown in the vault, in your weekly picks and in any example are things other people recorded. They are not typical, they are not projections, and they are not a forecast of what you will make. Affiliate income depends on your own effort, your niche, your audience and platform conditions entirely outside anyone’s control — and many people earn nothing at all.

The commission figures you enter in the tracker are self-reported and are not verified by us. Nothing here is financial, tax or legal advice.

You must be 18 or over to hold an account. Keep your password to yourself — the account is for you, and sharing it with someone outside the programme is grounds for closing it. Tell us as soon as you can if you think someone else has got into it.

The scripts, notes and figures you put in are yours. The course, the frameworks, the vault and the software itself are ours and are licensed to you personally for as long as you are on the programme — you may use them to make your own content, and you may not republish, resell or share them with people who have not paid for them.

Scripts generated for you are yours to film. They are produced automatically from your niche and our material, so check them before you post — you are responsible for what you publish, including any advertising disclosure your platform requires.

Don’t try to break into parts of the app that aren’t yours, scrape it, or upload anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

We work to keep this running but we don’t promise it will never be down, and we may change or remove features as the programme develops. We will not delete your data without telling you.

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits or lost opportunity, or for anything caused by a third-party service this app relies on. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
